All orders are shipped with An Post, which ensures reliable and efficient delivery. The standard shipping fee is €3.10 per shipment, or you can opt for a more secure tracked shipping option at €6.95, both of which can be easily selected during the checkout process. Typically, you can expect your orders to arrive within a convenient timeframe of 3-5 working days. Your specific shipment date will be confirmed during the checkout process and will also be included in your confirmation email. Please note that deliveries are made on working days only, from Monday to Friday, and exclude public bank holidays.

Refund & Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange non-personalised items within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the items are returned with tags still attached and in an unwashed and unworn condition to maintain their quality. It is important to note that personalised orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. If your order is not as described, arrives damaged, or if you are simply not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are here to help resolve any issues you may encounter with your order. Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping charges for all returns unless an item is faulty.
